• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation fees.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Travel Documents

• Customers are responsible for valid ID proofs, visas, and travel documents.
• The company is not liable for issues arising due to incorrect or missing documents.

5. Changes in Itinerary

• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

• Grivika Tours and Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
• We are not responsible for delays, accidents, or service disruptions caused by third-party providers.

7. Customer Conduct

• Customers are expected to behave respectfully during travel.
• Any misconduct may result in cancellation of services without refund.
